We may be small but we like to think we’ve got big hearts. Each and every one of us has the power to make a difference. That’s why we’re committed to reducing our impact on the environment, improving social well-being and creating positive change in our local communities. So, we’re continuously looking at how we give back and how we can operate in a way that we’re all be proud of.

As such, our Corporate Social Responsibility policy works to achieve six strategic objectives year-on-year:

  1. Reducing our environmental footprint
  2. Donating to charities
  3. Completing pro bono work
  4. Delivering charitable and mentoring work
  5. Developing talent
  6. Partnering with amazing people, organisations and initiatives

In 2015, we digitised our records and moved to a completely paper-free office. This has significantly reduced our carbon footprint, which we previously offset with a tree planting scheme. We encourage environmentally friendly commutes to work and have ensured both offices are centrally located with easy access on foot/by public transport. We’re also enrolled in the ‘Cycle to Work’ scheme.

We dedicate the agency’s resource to at least one pro bono project annually, ranging from building websites for Icon Awards, Charity Champions, Carol van Beusekom and Kieran Maxwell Fund to getting the team out gardening for Woodlands Community Group, running 5K Colour Run, partaking in Beatson’s charity footgolf tournament or climbing Ben Nevis for MacMillan. We’ve sponsored charity gigs/events, donating over £3K to charity in the past year.

Here are just some examples of projects we’ve delivered in order to achieve the above:
