You – Character:

  • A knack for problem-solving;

You – Day to Day Activity:

  • Collaborate with the production team in managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring regular contact with clients to nurture relations.
  • Regularly report on all active projects both internally and externally.
  • Assist the wider team in business development, whilst owning and managing these throughout the proposal and planning process, by:
  • Creating proposals;
  • Managing new projects from end-to-end, including the delivery of workshops, requirement gathering and meeting project deliverables;
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of ad hoc work and site maintenance;
  • Maintain oversight and management of retainers and support work at all times.
  • Manage stakeholders to agree on scope of work, align client objectives and manage expectations.
  • Partake in daily scrum stand-ups with the team to gain oversight on project progress as well as highlighting both task blockers and issues for your projects.
  • Confident presenting proposals, closing opportunities and briefing teams on client requirements; assigning roles and responsibilities when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement and manage delivery and profit improvement across accounts.
  • You – Role & Requirements:

    • A minimum 2 to 3 years experience within a similar role, ideally in digital.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.
    • Strong commercial awareness of project delivery, profit, loss and margin retention.
    • Comfortable with both client and internal communication (verbally and written), particularly in requirement gathering and relay, budget/scope restrictions, translation of technical language and with considerable time sensitivity.
    • A penchant for detail.
    • Exemplary time management; often working to time-sensitive deadlines.
    • The ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
    • Fully conversant in Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office suite.

    You – Gain Brownie Points:

    • An understanding of agile project management.
    • Knowledge of Jira or similar agile project management tools.
    • An appreciation and general knowledge of the importance of user experience (UX) within digital.
    • Experience with content management systems.
