You – Character:

You – Day to Day Activity:

  • Collaborate with the production team in managing a portfolio of new and existing accounts, ensuring regular contact with clients to build and develop relations.
  • Regularly report internally and externally on all running projects.
  • Assist the wider agency team in securing opportunities, whilst owning and managing these throughout the proposal and planning process, by:
    • Creating proposals for new and existing clients;
    • Managing new projects, including the running of Discovery workshops, requirement gathering and meeting project deliverables, such as launch deadlines and budget restrictions;
    • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of ad hoc work and site maintenance;
    • Maintain oversight and management of retainers and support work on a day to day basis;
    • Work with the client and our team through planning to agree on scope of work, in line with client objectives and whilst managing expectations;
    • Partake in daily scrum stand-ups with the team to gain and offer oversight on project progress, task blockers and issues;
    • Be comfortable presenting proposals, closing opportunities and confidently briefing in client requirements to your team; assigning roles and responsibilities when appropriate;
    • Assist your production team across all projects from inception to completion and report to your line manager weekly;
    • Collaborate with the team to implement and manage profit improvement across accounts.

    You – Role & Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience within a similar role, ideally in digital, although we will consider similar industries for the right candidate;
    • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills;
    • A strong commercial awareness of project delivery, profit, loss and margin retention;
    • Comfortable with both client and internal communication (verbally and written), particularly in requirement gathering and relay, budget/scope restrictions, translation of technical language and with considerable time sensitivity;
    • A penchant for detail, excellent organisational skills and exemplary time management; often working to time sensitive deadlines;
    • Fully conversant in Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office suite.

    You – Gain Brownie Points:

    • An understanding of agile project management.
    • Knowledge of Jira or similar agile project management tools.
    • An appreciation and general knowledge of the importance of user experience (UX) within digital.
    • Experience with content management systems.
