We’re looking for a talented graduate designer to join our team. You will learn by doing, working collaboratively in our UX and design team to create digital solutions for our client base that spans the UK, North America and Australia.

With a focus on the arts, culture and education sectors, you’ll be working with new and existing clients; sector-leading organisations such as the Southbank Centre, Donmar Warehouse, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Dulwich Picture Gallery, Royal Academy of Dance, Honolulu Museum of Art, to name a few.

You’ll get the opportunity to be involved in projects end-to-end from assisting in requirements gathering in the Discovery phase all the way through to working with the team to do concept generation, modelling and designing then handing over your designs for our in-house development to build and test.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in carrying out user research; using analytics and monitoring tools to gauge user behaviour, market research, competitor analysis and other UX methods to understand user needs and goals
  • Get the opportunity to work with the design team on a wide range of projects and be exposed to large-scale projects, working with clients to understand business needs and define project outcomes
  • Understand how to use user journey mapping, personas, task flows and other UX deliverables to problem solve
  • Work towards creating  wireframes and polished UI’s using Sketch
  • Get involved in using prototyping tools to create clickable prototypes
  • Prepare and present your work to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Learn and keep up to date on User Experience and Interaction Design best practices

We’re looking for people with:

  • Awareness of user experience best practices
  • Enthusiasm, drive and motivation to learn, ideate and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • A love for problem-solving who can think strategically
  • Examples of past work or projects that are relevant to the role
  • Bonus design points: you have a great eye for detail, love white space, hate comic sans…or can argue about why don’t hate comic sans
