After winning ‘Best Digital Agency 2013’ at last year’s ScotlandIS Digital Technology Awards and coming runner up for Digital Agency of the Year in both the 2012 and 2013 Herald Digital Business Awards - we are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted for another award this year!
Now in their sixth year of recognising both small and large businesses for seizing the opportunities offered by digital technology, we can announce we have been shortlisted for the Public Sector Award for our work with the prestigious London Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) at the 2014 Herald Digital Business Awards.
As one of the world’s leading orchestra’s, boasting it’s own record label and growing a mass international following, LPO recognised the need for a modern and accessible online presence in engaging a global audience. As a result, LPO sought our digital expertise to develop a fully responsive platform which would provide an optimal user experience for both their existing customers and reach out to a new younger audience, whilst integrating with the third-party CRM and ticketing system Tessitura.
Our solution has bolstered administrative capabilities and enhanced the capacity to easily promote events and sell tickets/merchandise, as well as completing other key conversions. As such, LPO has seen an increase in online revenues, and efficiencies have come from clear and easy access to the various sources of revenue (tickets, donations, merchandise and membership) and the dynamic cross-selling/up-selling of these within the new user-friendly and intuitive purchase paths.
We are very proud to have been recognised in this category for our work with the London Philharmonic Orchestra and would like to congratulate all businesses and individuals shortlisted for awards.
Cat Leaver, Head of Marketing, said; “We’re honoured to have been shortlisted again this year at the Herald Digital Business Awards. Our entry is exemplary of the hard work and skill of the After Digital team and an innovative and forward-thinking client - LPO. Our congratulations to all the other shortlisted companies and we look forward to seeing you all on the night!”
After Digital was also winner of the Herald Digital Business Awards ‘Export Award 2011’ for our work with motorbike accessory specialists Scottoiler, and helping them to break into and establish themselves within the US marketplace.
