Now in its sixth year, the annual s1jobs Recruitment Awards celebrate amazing talent and innovation within the recruitment sector. With the glittering awards ceremony due to hit the city of Glasgow on 13th April, they yesterday announced those companies who had made it to their shortlist. And, we're happy to announce that we were one of the companies who had 'werked' our way on to the list with our project for the Morson Group.

Back in 2016, Morson International came to us looking for a digital partner who could support them in transforming their online presence. Their old website previously lacked in responsiveness, meaning it failed to cater appropriately to their growing mobile traffic and, across devices, they were receiving abnormally high bounce rates. We were tasked with completely revising the structure and design of the site, whilst consolidating two further separate platforms into the Morson Group website and adding new functionality.

At the core of our design for the site, was a far more intuitive registration process, allowing for simple self-qualification and user personalisation.

Launched just last year, the result is a multi-device friendly, user-centric website that has already driven considerable ROI and received glowing praise from our client. The site has produced an uplift of 189% in online registrations, whilst reducing abandonment rates by 35%. You can read more on this over here.

This follows the great news from last week that we'd been nominated as 'Best Newcomer in Manchester' at the City of Manchester Business Awards 2017.
