With extensive experience in the arts and culture sector, we are delighted to welcome The Sixteen as our newest client. Beginning as an unnamed group of sixteen friends back in 1977, The Sixteen has been performing and recording worldwide for the last 35 years and has been recognised as one of the world’s greatest ensembles comprising both choir and period-instrument orchestras.

Known for touring throughout Europe, Asia and the US, you may be more familiar with The Sixteen’s tours in the Barbican (London) and as Associate Artists of Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall. The Sixteen also boasts it’s own record label CORO, has over 100 recordings reflecting the quality of The Sixteen’s work and in 2011, launched Genesis Sixteen for young singers to bridge the gap from student to professional practitioner.

With a very outdated site which doesn’t reflect the quality of The Sixteen’s work, we were selected to deliver a clean, simple and contemporary site. Looking to retain their existing colour palette, the new site will consist mainly of white, blue and gold elements and after our creative team have worked their magic, will be inviting for visitors and appeal to a range of audience groups. As a key sales and marketing tool for The Sixteen, the new website will enhance the user experience and allow users to browse all products in the Sixteen’s range.

With existing issues with the shopping basket, inconsistent imagery, storage capacity and the inability to separate out incomplete and failed orders, the new site will address these issues to provide a positive on-site experience for all users.

Over the next few weeks we will be beginning the initial stage of the project with The Sixteen. Providing a new responsive site, the website will emulate the existing brand identity through intuitive UX design and being built on an open-source CMS, it will allow for scalability and updates to be made with ease.
