Having invited us to speak at several of their events across the UK over the past year, we were excited when CCA asked us to come on board to support their digital strategy and marketing activity in the lead up to their annual Convention and Awards.

Centred on establishing operational excellence, the annual Convention is due to welcome over 400 customer care experts and thought-leaders to Glasgow next week, from organisations such as O2, Tesco Bank, HMRC, Telefonica and many more. The theme ‘Digital Social Mobile’ will explore how technology has and continues to transform customer service, with keynote speakers including EMEA’s Matthew Poyiadgi, Barclays’ Simon Separghan and Sky’s Danielle Macleod, to name but a few.
As Digital Partner to the Convention, we’ll be there both enjoying the event, supporting CCA’s marketing team and running sessions. Our Thursday afternoon session on 'how digitally mature is your business?' will encourage organisations to review how they currently use digital and where there are opportunities for development, as well as offering one-to-one expert advice around organisational digital maturity and transformation at slots throughout the Convention.
Running for two-days (16 - 17 November) the Convention will showcase how people are both innovating in the space and creating the perfect blend between the virtual and physical worlds. The annual event will wrap up with a glamorous awards ceremony, celebrating the achievements of both individuals and companies across the industry (check out the shortlist here).
