Adding to our portfolio of work and years of experience within the dynamic UK arts sector, as well as Tessitura integration, we are delighted to launch the new Wigmore Hall website. View the Wigmore masterpiece here!

As with every digital project, our team worked closely with Wigmore Hall to gain an insight into the team and get a feel for the venue which would later aid the design process. Our strategic digital experts began the research and strategy phase encapsulating our collaborative working approach by conducting insightful stakeholder workshops, keyword research and reviewing the current content strategy of Wigmore Hall to identify opportunities for future growth and key behaviour trends.

With phase one aiding the design process, phase two began with our design team outlining key user stories and identifying the most popular purchase patterns to deliver a visually attractive, user-friendly website that reflects the prestige and quality of Wigmore Hall.

As Tessitura Web Capable developers our team were ideally placed to provide our tried, tested and robust solution to eliminate the risk of a new integration and ensure a seamless end result for Wigmore Hall. Visitors to the website can now benefit from a streamlined step-by-step process to select and book tickets with minimum effort and maximum customer satisfaction. Designed according to brand guidelines, the ticketing landing page will provide a robust and attractive place to facilitate all online sales.

Our team have produced a visually attractive, user-friendly website which reflects the prestige and quality of Wigmore Hall. Offering an optimal user experience each and every time, users can now navigate the website with ease, add events to their ‘Wish List’, conduct advanced searches to find events with ease, as well as the ability to download songs and albums and re-download at a later date by logging into an account.

Finally, the ‘What’s On’ calendar, priority booking facility and the donate function with the ability to purchase gift memberships, all enhance the user experience and meet the KPI’s set out at the beginning of the project.
