It's the big UK Tessitura Conference 2013, sponsored by After Digital this week in London and we can't wait to see what the Community will bring to the table in terms of innovation in the arts and cultural sector through this year's key speakers and panel discussions. But, that's not all Tessitura is doing to spark growth within the sector.
The Tessitura Network constantly strives to connect those across the international industry in order to promote prosperity and collaborative success. As such, the organisation created Tessitura's Innovator Series - a programme of quarterly free live webinars of inspiring presentations from arts' industry professionals. Each presentation focuses on a central theme, which aims to inspire, promote shared learning and advance the reach of the arts and cultural world.
The below videos show just two examples of the most recent Tessitura's Innovator Series presentations, from Sherri Barry at the Arizona Science Center and Sara Billmann for the University of Michigan.
First up Sherri Barry, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Arizona Science Center, discusses the application of behavioural economics and consumer psychology to the arts.
This next video features Sara Billmann, Marketing & Communications Director for University Musical Society (UMS) at the University of Michigan, exploring how data can be used to drive customer loyalty.
The programme is a fantastic resource for those working in the arts and culture sector and you can view all the Tessitura's Innovator Series presentations here.
