We’re very excited to announce that we’re headline sponsor for this year’s UK Tessitura Conference 2013, which will take place on the 14th & 15th of November at the incredible Southbank Centre, London.
Tessitura focuses on uniting international arts organisations to foster a collaborative and productive environment, which stimulates innovation and prosperity throughout the industry. The Tessitura Network is made up of over 400 arts and cultural organisations from across the globe who utilise the organisation’s flagship software to efficiently manage online ticketing, purchases, customer relationships, subscriptions, donations, reporting and more. In the UK alone there are currently 46 Tessitura licensees, a number which is growing, who support this member-owned not-for-profit organisation.
Earlier this year almost 1,500 arts and cultural professionals gathered in San Francisco for the annual international Tessitura Learning & Community Conference 2013 (TLCC 2013) - the biggest multi-discipline, cross-genre industry gathering in the world. Following the success of TLCC 2013, the ninth annual UK Tessitura Conference in London next month looks set to be a fantastic opportunity for the community to come together once again and further their knowledge and shared learnings.
Rob Gethen Smith, Chief Information Officer at Southbank Centre, said; "The annual UK Tessitura Conference 2013 is an important date for many leading arts' organisations who make up the global Tessitura community. This unique two-day event, which is fully funded and organised by its community, will bring together over 300 delegates to discuss all the latest advancements in Tessitura technology, share best practice and inspire digital innovation in the arts. We were really pleased this year that several UK organisations stepped forward to sponsor this event which has been so admirably supported by US organisations over the last few years. This continental shift really demonstrates the growth and strength of the UK community, which is brilliant news for large and small UK arts organisations alike. So we're delighted to have appointed After Digital as our headline sponsor at the 2013 Conference, as their enthusiasm to demonstrate their experience with Tessitura integration, combined with a focus on digital strategy and innovation, aligned perfectly with our aspirations for this year’s Conference. Registration is now open for the Conference and we look forward to welcoming the Tessitura community into the Southbank Centre.”
Having worked with many leading arts and cultural organisations from across the UK, After Digital is dedicated to supporting the ongoing growth of the sector through digital innovation and collaboration. We’re proud to count Wigmore Hall, London Philharmonic Orchestra, The Old Vic, Venue Cymru, Scottish Ballet, Pitlochry Festival Theatre and Royal Exchange Theatre amongst our clients in the sector.
Over the years we’ve developed a wealth of knowledge into ticketing system integration, becoming experts in the field and one of only 2 officially Tessitura Web Capable digital agencies in the UK. Consequently, we’ve developed After Digital Tessitura Bridge™ - a proven platform for integrating the Tessitura API with any content management system.
