Some call him Robert, but we call him Hubby!

We are thrilled to welcome Hubby to the team at AD. Hubby will be joining us as a back-end developer and, with his experience in the music industry, we can't wait for him to get his hands on the office Sonos playlist! Over to Hubby now to introduce himself in his introductory blog.

What attracted you to After Digital?

The client projects looked really cool and interesting, and the people are really nice!

Tell us a bit about what you did before joining After Digital as a Developer.

I have a background in the music industry; working as a concert promoter, marketing manager, professional musician and even ran a small record label. However, I have been working with software for over 16 years.

What do you bring to the team?

My 16 years of experience in software and a desire to keep learning in the digital field.

What do you do in your spare time?

I love music, so I try and go to as many concerts as possible! I also love to cook and watch films.

What’s on the top of your bucket list?

Japan has been at the top of my list for a while now! It seems a great place to visit.

What's your favourite quote?

"Let your freak flag fly!"-I got it from Mike Watt, I think it originated from the 60s.

If you could watch only one TV show/film for the rest of your life what would it be?

I absolutely love the Jaws movie...the first one, obviously!

Which celeb would play you in a movie?

Fun fact, I was in a film called Lost in France a few years ago!
