Marketing

We may occasionally send you notification emails about updates, news, our products, legal documents, offer customer support or marketing emails. Any marketing message you receive from us will carry an 'unsubscribe' link, allowing you to freely and easily unsubscribe at any time. The Company may also use and disclose information in aggregate (so that no individuals are identified) for marketing and strategic development purposes.

Security & Disclosure

Security is a top priority for us so, in order to keep your information secure, we have a number of procedures in place to protect this information and prevent it from becoming compromised. We'd never disclose information about you or your business to any third parties unless required to do so by government bodies, law enforcement agencies, or if it becomes necessary for the purposes of dealing with your enquiry (e.g. a supplier's service visit or telephone call). IP Address Tracking

We use software called Lead Forensics on our website.  This is a small piece of code, much like Google Analytics, which tracks IP addresses visiting a website. Those IP addresses are then matched to company data held by Lead Forensics and reported to After Digital.   This does not affect individual persons visiting our website, only companies.

You have a right to access personal data we hold about you for a small administrative fee. To obtain a copy of the personal information held about you by the Company, please write to: After Digital, 176 Bath Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 4HG via email [email protected] or call 0141 33 11 323.

This Website may contain links to other websites which are outside the Company's control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided the operators of these sites may collect information from you, which will be used by them in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Duration of Processing

We will store your usage data until any such time when you withdraw your consent for us to do so. All other data, as specified above, will be retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We will not use it for any other purpose without your express consent. We may also retain information as required by law.

Revisions to This Policy

From time to time, we may revise this Privacy Policy. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available here and will govern our practices for collecting, processing, and disclosing personal data.
