EDF Energy approached us looking to audit and consolidate some 20 Google Analytics views (across multiple accounts), identifying issues and implementing best practice throughout.
As well as delivering thorough audits across all accounts, with clear actionable recommendations, we also developed a three-tier custom training programme for their 92+ content editors for Google Analytics. What's more, we identified new governance standards to support the implementation of better processes.
