Back in 2013, Number 1 Plates came to us to develop a creative SEO campaign aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving traffic to their website. Naturally, we were excited to accept the challenge and put our years of experience to practice.

We take a holistic and creative approach to all our digital marketing campaigns and our team worked closely with the Number 1 Plates to devise a tailored SEO plan. Our work kicked off with careful research into the company, the motoring industry and their competitive marketplace. A technical web audit was conducted to evaluate existing web performance and identify any issues with crawling, accessibility and indexability. From this, it was uncovered that we needed to develop keyword-optimised content - both onsite and off - to increase interest and encourage relevant audience engagement.

Since the beginning of the year, the Facebook page has grown 32% through a mixture of organic and boosted posts (Facebook ads were initiated at the beginning of December 2015) and our ads now cost 95% less than ads of a similar type (both historically for this client and across the industry). Across the board, our campaigns have resulted in continued year-on-year uplift to web traffic, transactions and revenues. In 2015, Number 1 Plates experienced a record year of sales, whereby we increased online sales by 95% and revenues by a massive 99.5%.

Our SEO and content marketing efforts have massively bolstered relevant web traffic, with sessions up last year by 89%, unique visitors growing 83% and a significant uplift in engagement metrics, such as 84% growth in pageviews.
